Storyboards and Guide Motion

Storyboards organize creator-private scenes around one full-frame Base image and optional timed Guide Motion Beats.

Images

A Base can be uploaded or generated. Image prompts must request a single full frame without contact sheets, panels, captions, or typography. Each accepted paid Beat produces an immutable image version.

Guide Motion

Beats use 100 ms timing, prompt-first Character mentions, immutable Subject pins, optimistic autosave, and sequential continuity from the preceding approved image. Changing earlier evidence can make later results stale.

Dialogue and animation

Scenes can store timed dialogue overlays. Animation offers:

• Visual only;
• Native audio, when the selected video route supports generated sound;
• Lip sync, using an approved active Kinoder scene mix.

The first ready administrator route must support the complete authored reference and timing sequence. Kinoder must not silently ignore unsupported Beats or identities.
