Kino Credits and Billing

Kino Credits are Kinoder’s customer billing unit for eligible generation and rendering. They are not interchangeable with provider units.

Account surfaces

Billing settings expose wallet balance, token packages, storage plans, saved payment-method metadata, purchase history, and a cursor-paginated usage ledger.

Quotes

Fixed-price work shows an itemized quote before creator confirmation. The server revalidates the submitted total. Metered text work reserves the maximum possible charge and shows the settled amount after completion.

Ledger behavior

Reservations prevent concurrent overspending without creating a final debit. Success settles once. Eligible cancellation or failure releases a reservation or creates an idempotent refund when a legacy flow already debited.

What to check

Review the action, billing unit, duration or quantity, route-dependent components, template fee where present, exact total, cancellation behavior, and whether a free policy is an explicit subsidy.
