Payments and Billing Configuration

Configure Stripe publishable and secret keys plus the webhook signing secret. Register the production webhook endpoint over HTTPS.

Catalogue

Administrators manage Kino Credit packages, storage plans, and platform billing settings. Package pricing determines the floor net value of a Kino Credit after discounts, payment fees, taxes, disputes, and expected promotional use.

Purchase lifecycle

Stripe webhooks are signature-verified and idempotent. A worker also checks purchases that remain pending: successful payments credit once, terminal unsuccessful payments fail, and non-terminal payments remain pending for later checks.

Release checklist

• webhook signatures validate;
• repeated events do not duplicate Credits;
• checkout uses the intended live or test environment;
• package currency and displayed totals match Stripe;
• payment-method metadata contains no sensitive card data;
• purchase history and wallet balance reconcile;
• the token-ledger secret is stable and protected.
